Ring Sizing Service

Custom orders can be either designed to a specific brief or changes can be made to styles already available on the website. This includes metals, stones or details like engraving not currently available to directly purchase on the website.

To get a clear understanding of your preferences, we ask our customers to please fill our our Custom Enquiry Form when you are ready to discuss your ideas. 

Working collaboratively with our clients and by using the information provided, we will discuss your ideas and what is achievable within your given budget.

If you are happy to proceed with booking your custom production slot, a £50 non refundable deposit will be required to secure your space. This deposit also covers our design service, where over conversations via email and multiple redrafts, we will bring your ideas to life. During this stage, we will talk you through decorative details, provide stone and metal options and give quotes.

Once you have selected your design, we will confirm the month of your appointment and send you your invoice via email through our website. This will allow you to check out easily via your preferred payment method and get real time updates with dispatch and shipping. Please see 'pricing and timeframes' for more information. The final balance of your invoice (minus your deposit) is due by the 1st of the month of your production slot.

On average most customs take between 6 - 12 weeks to ship, however this depends entirely on the complexity of the design. Sometimes we will require longer if a design requires custom cut gemstones and specialist techniques. We will always discuss timeframes with you during the discussion and design stage.

Cost is dependant on the complexity of the design, metal weight, materials and labour. To give a rough idea of cost, on average silver jewellery ranges from £200 - £450. 9k Gold jewellery ranges from £300-£1500. 18k gold or platinum work ranges from £800 - £3000 +. Please note designs with multiple gemstones, settings or pavé details may incur additional charges.

Your commission appointment is a production slot, so we aim to finalise all design details prior to your production slot beginning. This allows us to give you an accurate timeline of completion, as well as accurately quote you for the design before we begin crafting. 

The final total of the commission (minus your non refundable deposit) will be sent 7 days before your custom slot begins via an email invoice. This invoice will have a link that will bring you to our website so you can check out via your preferred method. This will also allow you to receive real time shipping updates and tracking once we complete your commission. You will also be able to collect loyalty points on your order.

The payment for your invoice is due by the 1st of the month of your slot booking. Production will not begin on your commission until the payment has been received in full. Failure to pay the remainder of the invoice by the 14th of the month without notice, will void the deposit in full and your production slot will be cancelled and offered to someone else.

We understand that sometimes life gets in the way, however due to only offering a select amount of appointments per year, we have to work to a strict production schedule to ensure others appointment slots are not impacted and that every commission receives the attention it deserves. If you are unable to proceed with your custom commission for any reason, we ask that you give us 14 days notice. This allows us time to move your deposit and slot to another month if you wish to do so and give your upcoming appointment to someone else.

Custom designed and produced goods are non returnable and non refundable as they are tailor made to your specifications. Please ensure you give us the correct sizing for items like rings, as some rings can not be resized once crafted if they have delicate gemstones set within the piece. If you have ordered an incorrect size, please let us know as soon as possible and if possible, we may be able to resize your design for you for a small fee.
